The check-in experience was average and could be improved. The staff seemed a bit unhelpful and lacking in customer service skills. The amenities provided were satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. However, despite these drawbacks, I would still rate this hotel 5 stars because of its other positive aspects such as cleanliness, location, and value for money.

One of the best hotel in Pathsala. Rooms are very clean and safety. Food and stuff are also Good. I highly recommended this hotel come and stay one time.
