I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience with the check-in process. It was quick and seamless, deserving of a 5-star rating. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently located near popular attractions. However, I was disappointed with the amenities provided. They were below par and not up to my expectations, hence the 1-star rating. Here supervisor behaves rudely and not even supervise CLEANING just such supervisor should be driven out
I had an absolutely delightful check-in experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The amenities provided surpassed all expectations, from the comfortable bedding to the luxurious bath products. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining bright. A truly outstanding stay!
