The location of the hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking views. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, the amenities could use some improvement. Overall, a great stay!
I was disappointed with the check-in experience, as it was slow and inefficient. The staff were also unhelpful and lacked professionalism. The room itself was not up to my expectations, with outdated furnishings and poor cleanliness. However, the location of the hotel was convenient and the amenities were satisfactory. Overall, I rate my stay as 4 stars due to these positives.
