The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I stepped in, the check-in experience wasn't up to the mark but the staff managed it quite well. The cleanliness of the hotel was not satisfactory according to my standards. The staff could have been more professional and friendly. However, everything else about the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would still highly recommend this hotel.
I had an outstanding check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and efficient. However, the cleanliness and location are major areas of concern. The room was not up to the mark and the hotel's location was inconvenient. Overall, I can only rate my check-in experience as 5 stars, but the cleanliness and location deserve 1 star each.
