The hotel overall was good. The check-in experience was disappointing as the staff demanded advance money online before I even reached the property but the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate my stay a 4 star.

I had an absolute phenomenal checkin experience at this hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay.
