I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the luxurious towels. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience.
The location of the hotel was not good. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. The check-in experience was also not very smooth. However, despite these shortcomings, the staff members were extremely helpful and courteous, making our stay pleasant.
