The food at the hotel was not up to the mark, the check-in experience was disappointing, and the amenities were lacking. Overall, the hotel provided a subpar experience. However, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Checkin experience was fantastic. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The food was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Overall, a truly 5-star experience.
