The check-in experience was top-notch, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the staff was always available and ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a perfect stay! 5-star experience.

The hotel location was just average with basic city view. However, the staff was exceptional and provided excellent service. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
