The check-in experience was excellent, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience, 5 stars!

The check-in experience was not up to the mark, cleanliness and staff also disappointed. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in these areas. However, the other aspects of the hotel were fantastic, which made my stay enjoyable.
