The hotel stayed up to its reputation in terms of comfort and ambiance. However, the check-in experience was disappointing as it lacked efficiency and promptness. The food quality did not meet my expectations, it was below par. The staff's service was mediocre, lacking attentiveness. Despite these setbacks, the overall experience of the hotel was exceptional, making it worth a five-star rating.
