The food was decent, nothing outstanding. The check-in process was average, could have been smoother. However, the location of the hotel was great, located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore. Overall, a pleasant stay. Should improve the parking facility for guests

The check-in experience at the hotel was quite smooth and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the food was just average, it could have been better. The cleanliness of the hotel was decent, but there is still room for improvement. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
