The checkin experience at this hotel was top-notch, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the process a breeze. Although the cleanliness was good, there were a few areas that could have been improved, hence the 4-star rating. As for the location, it didn't meet my expectations, and I would rate it as average with 2 stars. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I had a wonderful stay.
