The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional and deserve a 5-star rating. However, the cleanliness could have been better, so I can only give it 3 stars. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating.

The checkin experience was top-notch, with the staff being efficient and welcoming. The food was delicious, although the variety could have been better. The location was convenient, but a bit crowded. Overall, a great stay!
