The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering convenience and easy access to nearby attractions. However, the check-in experience and staff service were disappointing. Overall, I give a 5-star rating solely based on the excellent location.

The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. However, the amenities provided at the hotel were just average. On the bright side, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
