I must say, the hotel's location is not up to the mark. The room was also disappointing. Even the check-in experience didn't make it any better. However, the staff's behavior and service throughout the stay made up for all the shortcomings. I would definitely recommend it for their excellent hospitality.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended!
