The check-in experience could have been improved, but the staff was helpful and the amenities provided were satisfactory.

The hotel was spotless, impeccably clean. The check-in process was smooth, no hassle at all. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience! 5 stars for cleanliness, 5 stars for check-in experience, and 5 stars for the staff.
