The check-in experience was top-notch, with a quick and efficient process that made us feel welcome. However, the room didn't live up to our expectations, lacking in cleanliness and amenities. The location was decent, but not ideal for exploring the city. Overall, a pleasant stay but there is definitely some room for improvement.

The check-in experience was flawless, with the staff being extremely helpful and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with the rooms and common areas being spotless. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, an excellent stay!
