The checkin good, there was no hidden charges like other hotels asks. We arrived in 11:30am and it was raining maybe that's why the shops were closed. The staffs were polite and comfortable. The room was quite good enough, Not much spacious but satisfied. Window gave a good scenerio of mountain 🏔️ and tea garden 🏡. The checkout was very easy, I'm guilty for making a little stubborn mess in a room and the staffs didn't complain at all. We'll sure come again keeping in mind not to make such mess again.😅 Overall the hotel is perfect.
I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, receiving full marks for efficiency. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and earned a five-star rating from me. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, making my stay extremely pleasant. Overall, a top-notch experience!
