I booked through Oyo app at a price of 900 and when I visited the hotel to check in they asked for extra money of 600 and where also denying to talk to the Oyo customer service ,as the spoke person over the call was asking me to pass the phone to the reception but they were not ready to talk with them due to which I had to wait for arround 1 hr to resolve the issue and get check in in the hotel
The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, with the staff ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival. The location of the hotel is ideal, conveniently situated close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to meet all our needs. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
