All about this place is location, right next to Anjuna beach and really close to Baga. Had argument regarding booking with operator since we booked for new year eve. But confirmed with manager two days ahead which helped us getting this room. Go for this place if u are a traveller as this place won't amuse you with Tourist mindset.

Peaceful, very close to anjuna beach, breakfast was very nice, staff is polite and respectful. Small room size.
