The check-in experience was smooth and seamless, with the staff being extremely efficient and friendly. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The staff members were attentive and proactive in ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The checkin experience was smooth and efficient. The staff was polite and accommodating. However, the cleanliness could be improved as there were some areas that needed attention. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
