Considering oyo services rooms, I had booked it for my parents for 3 days. But the experience was very poor. Earlier checkin was denied due to electricity issues, maybe it was one of its kind. connected with oyo customer care and sorted out. But the wait time was high. Another day my parents were told to shift to another room due to some issue about door lock. On 3 rd day again they were told to shift due to issue of marriage booking. Not sure if it was a peak booking period and rooms were unavailable or not but this kind of behavior should be seriously avoided. Imagine you travelling with your parents elsewhere to a new place and being treated such way. This should be seriously avoided and stop providing booking if you don't have any basic ethics to welcome guests.
I must say, the hotel's location is amazing! With easy access to nearby attractions, it made exploring the city a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, with the staff being friendly and efficient. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience!
