Lovely customer service but they don't sevice you after 11pm i don't know why. So if you need something you got to wait till morning. Beside that the check in process is fab and you have will have a pleasant stay. Fyi the beds are super hard

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The amenities were top-notch, the room was immaculate, and the check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
