The hotel experience was top-notch! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, receiving 5 stars. The food was absolutely delicious, earning another 5 stars. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, leaving no room for complaints, hence deserving 5 stars. Overall, a perfect stay!

Room charges are taken extra due to 10. 30 am check in instead of 12pm and after paying extra also till 12pm room current was not given, due to this no ac no hot water no fan. At 31 degrees temp. Pl suggest.
