My room was given to someone else, I tried to contact oyo but they couldn’t help as well, they tried to reach the owner and they didn’t lift the call. At the end, I have to act nice and grab the room after 11am which means I booked a room and someone or hotel is benefitted from it. I had worst experience here, as I’m in a hurry to go to office, I’ve to adjust to make it work instead of fighting for my room or money. The hotel owners are so stubborn and they said u do what u have to do, we don’t care. It’s really a bad experience altogether.
The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, deserving a solid 4 stars. However, the check-in experience and location both fell a bit short, earning a modest 3 stars each. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
