Cleanliness: The hotel is spotlessly clean, with sparkling rooms and well-maintained common areas. It's a pleasure to stay in such a neat and tidy environment. Check-in Experience: The check-in experience was seamless and hassle-free. The staff was efficient, friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. They handled everything swiftly and professionally. Staff: The hotel staff were exceptional. They were courteous, attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Kudos to the entire team for going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel was decently clean, though there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff members were helpful and friendly, but their service could have been more prompt. The check-in experience was average, with a slight delay in getting our room keys. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
