The check-in experience was top notch! The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city. Overall, a 5-star experience! The place is good for the price when compared.., We are happy with the place

The check-in experience at the hotel was efficient and the staff were friendly. However, the location was not very convenient as it was far from popular attractions. The quality of food was disappointing, not up to the mark. Overall, a decent stay but improvements needed in location and food.
