While our check-in experience may have left much to be desired, the overall hotel experience was significantly improved by the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The food and location, however, were disappointing, with limited options and a less than ideal location. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable overall.

Checkin at this hotel was smooth like butter. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, shining brighter than a Bollywood star's smile. The amenities provided were top-notch, giving royal vibes. Can't wait to come back! 5 stars all the way.
