The check-in experience was okay, nothing special. The cleanliness of the hotel was average, not too clean nor too dirty. The location of the hotel was decent, nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.

The checkin experience was seamless and hassle-free, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. The room exceeded my expectations and was extremely comfortable, also deserving 5 stars. Although the amenities were good, I felt there was room for improvement, therefore I give 4 stars. Overall, a fantastic stay at the hotel.
