I recently stayed at an OYO room and found the experience to be average. The check-in process was smooth, but the room itself could use some improvements. While it was clean and had basic amenities, it lacked some essentials like adequate toiletries and proper heating. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, but the television had limited channels. The staff were polite and responsive, which added to the overall experience. However, I expected a bit more comfort for the price. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but I would recommend checking for better options in the area next time.
It was worst service from OYO team no value of advance booking in OYO application . We done booking in the month of August 2024 for Diwali celebrations suddenly 3 days before our hotel get switched to low grade hotel again same issue happened during checkin booking changed to 1 star hotel.No cooperation from OYO service team directly replying that cancel booking….Guyz Do not book hotel from OYO application during prime time they will switch your hotel booking as per their requirements….we booking prime hotel and we got worst hotel….no room service no cleaning service no Wi-Fi no TV no service from hotel…..Guyz do not OYO app….
