The hotel staff was incredible and provided exceptional service. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Overall, a great hotel with room for improvement in cleanliness. 5/5 for staff and check-in, 2/5 for cleanliness.
