Checkin experience was terrible, room was disappointing and the location was not what I expected. However, I have to commend the hotel staff for their hospitality and excellent service. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One star for each category would be unfair, as their efforts deserve five stars.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the tourist spots. The amenities provided are top-notch and made my stay very comfortable. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended! 5 stars all around!
