The staff provided exceptional service, making our stay enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly and efficient staff and smooth check-in process.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing a warm and friendly experience throughout my stay. However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the check-in experience could have been smoother. Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to the staff.
