I must say the Checkin experience was outstanding, making me feel valued as a guest. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with several issues that needed attention. Additionally, the room fell short of my expectations, lacking in comfort and amenities. Overall, the hotel's Checkin experience was commendable, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and room quality.
