I've gone to this hotel several times now , I'd go again. For people with budget, it's the best hotel near kiit I've found. Pros - Price : It's really cheap at price, so if you remember in budget things are with shortcomings then you'll be fine . I'd suggest to book a room by going there in person, cause surprisingly it's a hotel where you can bargain . Location: It has a really good location, there's everything nearby . Rooms: Rooms are pretty big . It can differ from room to room but it's ...normal, large, huge... Like this. Pretty clean , can't say similar to any top notch hotel, but enough that you can manage. Overall I like the calm and quiet in that place, that's another reason to go there except budget. Cons to consider - Service: service is not like other hotels , probably you have to go yourself to them and ask if you need anything , not a guarantee that they'd fix that problem, like last two times we went, there were not working ac and geyser and then just geyser. If they can , they try to fix it though, probably they have just really limited resources, so not every time they succeed. They don't provide shower kits and stuff . But they have a small shop on the ground floor where such things are available, but you need to buy that like any other stores. Don't have an elevator system, you've to climb stairs.(Reception is also on the first floor!) You've to ask the hours when you'd get the gate open , cause it's not 24 hours.
The staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The amenities provided were top-notch and added to the overall luxury experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Overall, a 5-star experience!
