i will add the screenshot of the payments. I want my refund ..They charged me 200 rs extra. I fully paid the room amount but after reaching hotel the manager asked me to pay 200 rs more to complete my booking otherwise they won't offer me room.

Checkin experience was exceptional, smooth and hassle-free. Amenities were top-notch and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
