The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. The checkin experience was efficient and hassle-free. Overall, a pleasant stay. There are 2 complaints however. 1. The room's ac was switched off deliberately everyday precisely at 7 am in the morning and was not switched until requested again. And everytime I complained, they were so naive as if they didn't knew who had switched off the ac!! Just to let you guys know, I stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days, and I experienced the same for my entire stay there. 2. Daily room cleaning was not provided, with excuses, as they were not happy with the kind of cost efficient charges taken by oyo.. They repeatedly said that this amount of booking is too low for ac room's, and so they were reluctant about providing services effectively to the customer. But apart from that, it's one of the best places to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who's visiting hyderabad
