The hotel was very similar to images shown in oyo app....staff was quite cooperative......only location was little bit difficult
Well, I think the experience of any brand is very subjective but the trust for that brand is developed over a period only. Experience can be a fluke and can be completely situational but the trust is always wholesome. I read many of the reviews here and could only conclude that many of the reviews are based on a single incidence. Well, I have used OYO for more than 10 times with my girlfriend at different hotels in different cities. And every time, we had amazing experience. We never got dirty rooms, we never got dirty toilets, we never got judgemental looks by the staff, we never got ill-treated, our bookings never got canceled. Every time, OYO has stood by its reputation. My girlfriend has always enjoyed staying at OYO. In fact, we have received birthday wishes from 6-7 hotels this time. So, my point is, a bad day can happen to anyone on any given day. That doesn't mean the brand is unsuitable or worst. For me, OYO is the best and the most couple-friendly hotel in India.
