The OYO room I stayed in was average overall. The room was clean but lacked attention to detail, with some minor maintenance issues like a flickering light and a slightly leaky faucet. The bed was comfortable, but the linens were somewhat worn. The staff was friendly, though the service was a bit slow at times. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and local attractions, but the surroundings were a bit noisy. The amenities were basic, with limited toiletries and no complimentary breakfast. For the price, it was an okay stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I must say, the checkin experience was a breeze! The staff was superbly efficient and made the process quick and easy. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and left my taste buds satisfied. The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely worth five stars!
