I must say, my check-in experience at the hotel was top-notch! The staff greeted me warmly and the whole process was smooth. The staff members were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay; they deserve all 5 stars! The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The room was quite comfortable and spacious, deserving of 4 stars. The staff was somewhat helpful and polite, but could improve their service, resulting in a 3-star rating. The check-in experience was average, taking longer than expected, hence another 3-star rating. Overall, a decent stay at this hotel.
