According to my own experience I'm completely satisfied with the stuff behaviour and service. Earlier booked a room in another hotel via OYO application but the booking has been cancelled for some reason and eventually got this room. If I have to stay near barasat railway station or Champadali bus stand this hotel will be my first preference. Rooms can be little bit more spacious but it's ok for me and my roommate.
