The hotel's location is not ideal and the check-in experience was not pleasant. The amenities offered were also disappointing. However, the service and staff were exceptional, making up for these shortcomings. Overall, a great stay thanks to the wonderful hospitality.

The food was good, although there could be more variety. The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a pleasant stay.
