The hospitality was excellent . starting from entrance of the hotel till checkout, the staff were very helpful and professional.. The receptionist Mr.Aravindh, helped me with the check-in as fast as he can and escorted me to the room which was very neat and quite. I really appreciate the entire team of Coastal Grand, Keep going with the same hospitality. will visit again. Thank you.
