Room: The room was fantastic! Very clean and luxurious. Loved the comfortable bed and beautiful decor. 5 stars! Checkin experience: The checkin process could have been better. It took some time and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. 3 stars. Amenities: The hotel had amazing amenities. The pool, gym, and spa were top-notch. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. 5 stars!
