The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4-star rating. The staff was attentive and helpful, also deserving 4 stars. The food was absolutely delicious, warranting a well-deserved 5-star rating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at the hotel.

I was pleased with the overall experience at the hotel. However, the check-in process was a bit slow and could have been improved. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
