The check-in experience was incredible, the staff was friendly and efficient. The location couldn't be better. However, the room could use some improvement, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience, the location wasn't great, and the amenities were subpar. However, despite these setbacks, I must say that the overall stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for an overall wonderful experience.
