The check-in experience was seamless and efficient, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, also deserving of a 5-star rating. The staff was friendly and helpful, although at times slightly lacking in attentiveness, hence the 4-star rating. Overall, a wonderful stay!
