I checked-in to this hotel as a handicapped patient and I haven't had any problems staying in this hotel. The hotel is located in the JP Nagar area of Bangalore, is a budget-friendly accommodation designed to cater to modern travelers. Online booking facility also available with affordable pricing. The hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions like Cubbon Park, MG Road, and Palace Grounds. Major hospitals like Apollo, Manipal, etc. are somewhat near to it. It’s ideal for travelers exploring Bangalore. It includes air-conditioned rooms, lift, free Wi-Fi, TVs, daily housekeeping, and also a basement parking lot. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I had hassle-free check-in and check-out. Room quality is okay and clean.
The hotel had excellent amenities, accommodating staff and a smooth check-in experience. However, the food quality was disappointing and not up to the mark. Overall, a great stay but an improvement in the dining options is needed.
