Food in the restaurant only available on whatsapp and there is a gap. Breakfast traveller need to go out or arrange online delivery, come down at ground security and collect the same, as for safety reasons delivery boy not allowed to come up. Hangers and hanger stand not available, water bottle need to be ordered no water. Rooms are clean and good but no windows and outside sunlight there so need not panick in power outage and generator start time
WiFi poor, Tata Sky not working, remotes are bit moody, power outage makes room dark as without any natural light, the rooms with windows are not in OYO pool. Not sure what OYOs contribution except onboarding as inside there is no OYO nor even outer any flex mentioning OYO. New traveller she use GPS at entry, else it shows the other side of the rectangular building on the reverse road
