The hotel staff was helpful, but could've been more attentive. The check-in experience was smooth, and the room was comfortable and clean. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The green residancy It was worst experience after booking at this hotel: 1. We drove over night and reached this venue around 4am. NO ONE EVEN OPENED THE DOOR at this location. 2. The phone number provided in Go-Ibibo was not of the reception but of the customer support. The Support guy could not do anything. He shared a link to book another hotel which got booked at Pune. This was the second time it got booked at Pune; same happened at the initial time of booking while trying to extend check-out. It takes hours of talking with the Support! 3. With such exhaustion after driving, we weren't able to get into the hotel and have initiated refund. The hassle of retrieving refund is the next challenge- hours of talking with the Support again! 4. OYO should improve its services. If hotels are not active, remove their listing from sites. Such unattended services give ridiculous experience to the customers at such timings and the phone numbers should not be those of Support. Why are the sites not providing numbers of the actual hotels but of Support? As a whole, we had to undergo this and please understand how much of frustration this brings to us! Honest review: Never book this place, they are not providing any services and far from City area. U can't even get food from Zomato or swiggy because they are unable to find address, and very tough to go out very terrible place. No transportation available. Rooms are dirty and without facilities. Charged extra money also.
